Check out this cookie sheet. It's silicone and it comes apart so you can roll it up. This will be my first time using it. Exciting...(but I still used parchment paper)
Original NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/4 flour1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt3/4 granulated sugar
3/4 brown sugar
2 sticks of butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips ( I used semi-sweet, milk, dark and white chocolate chips)
1 cup nuts (optional)
Preheat over to 375 degrees
In a small bowl, combined the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Grab the milk from the fridge and have a seat....yum!!
I am a total raw dough cookie eater too!!! Sometimes I make the cookies JUST so I can lick the bowl. Love this....I might be making some of these tonight as I sit down to watch the Voice that I am DVR'ing so I can take a decent shower. :)
