Hi, stopping by from Follow me Wednesday. I love trying new cereals, but with this one, to me, they contain too much sugar in it. I had a look, and it says it contains 2 teaspoons of sugar plus 14g of other carbs in one serving?. Now Im not a carb freak but I d rather eat something sweet when Im aware of it. I ve returned to plain rolled oats, dried fruit and yoghurt after my friend who works as a researcher did a research on cereals and told me the results.

Stopping by from Thursday almost Friday blog hop, thanks for sharing about this cereal, it looks yummy, and thankfully has no nuts (I'm allergic to tree nuts) it is really hard to find honey flavor without nuts added. I'll have to pick some up!!
